Sunday 27 August 2023
B2GC is an iconic Queensland event, which sees thousands of cyclists challenge themselves to conquer 100kms in a day—from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
A central start line in South Brisbane directs you immediately onto a traffic-free South East Busway that will see you floating on the pedals as you leave Brisbane’s CBD behind you.
Beyond the main event, distances of 40kms and 60kms are also offered.
RIDE FOR A LOVED ONE
Take on the ride that matters
Beyond your love of cycling, and a challenge, B2GC now offers you another level of dedication by cycling 100km in a day for a loved one facing their own cancer challenge.
Inspire, surprise or honour the cancer fighter in your life by boosting cancer research and patient care efforts at Mater. Love the journey, and the destination.
In 2023 riders can choose from three distances – the 100km Brisbane to Gold Coast classic, 60km from Logan to the Gold Coast or 40km from Brisbane to Logan.
100KM | 60KM | 40KM
The B2GC course is expertly curated to give you the best possible ride experience.
Backed by specialist traffic management and support from Queensland Police Service your safety is priority.
100KM Course information
Roll over the start line in South Brisbane and into the Busway for a traffic-free 16km segment out of Brisbane. Then it’s onto suburban roads to the finish line at Fisherman’s Lawn, Southport.
60KM Course information
Your 60km ride begins at the Logan rest stop—immediately joining in with the 100km riders and cycling onwards to the Coast.
40KM Course information
The 40km ride follows the 100km start in South Brisbane, along the Busway, out onto open roads before the finish line at the Logan rest stop (a short distance from Beenleigh Train Station).
