There’s no doubt that cycling is a physical challenge, so to help ensure you’re in fighting form we’ve put together some handy training guides to ensure you’re in tip-top shape for the ride.
Join our weekly Wednesday Smiddy river loop
For Brisbane based residents - every Wednesday at 5.30 am we roll out from Adam Smiddy Park, Park Road, Milton, for a 40 kilometre river loop ride, and returning by 7.00 am for the obligatory post-ride coffee.
Everyone is welcome to come along. We roll out in multiple groups to suit a variety of speeds and abilities.
