Planning your travel to Tasmania
Flights to and from Tasmania, including transport of your bike, will be at your own expense. We recommend booking your flights early ensuring you register with the airline that you are carrying a bike.
Once you've booked your flights please complete the following Flight Details Form to assist us to plan for you arrival in Launceston and departure from Hobart.
Ride Start - Launceston
Both the 3 & 5 Day rides start in Launceston, direct flights are available from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, we recommend you book your flights early to avoid missing out in the current environment. We ask that you plan to arrive before to 3.00 pm on the day prior to the ride start.
Your pre-ride accommodation
As part of your registration we have arranged accommodation for all riders and road crew for the night prior to the ride start in Launceston. Should you wish to arrive earlier you are welcome to do so, but please arrange your own additional accommodation.

Country Club Tasmania — Country Club Ave, Prospect Vale (Launceston)
We have arranged accommodation at Country Club Tasmania which is just on the south western outskirts of Launceston and a short distance from the airport. There are shops within walking distance including supermarket, chemist and a bike shop. For those keen hackers, Country Club Tasmania has an 18 hole championship golf course with pro-shop and restaurants, bars, cafe and an on-site casino.

3 Day Ride — Plan to arrive before 3.00pm Wednesday, 22 March 2023
Mercure Launceston — 3 Brisbane Street, Launceston
We have arranged accommodation at Mercure Launceston which is on the edge of the CBD and with in walking distance of all amenities. We will be having a 2-night stay at this location.

Our arrival in Hobart
The ride will finish on Saturday 25 March at Wrest Point Casino, Hobart. Family and friends are welcome to join the finish line celebrations. We will provide more exciting details on the ride finish celebrations in due course.
Accommodation at finish
Accommodation will be on-site at Wrest Point with facilities available for you to pack your bike bags and relax before our finish line dinner. Your family and friends are most welcome to join us at the roll in and Finish Line dinner celebrations afterwards. We will provide more details in due course.
