Once you have registered, look out for your Sea of Pink race kit in the mail! For multiple tickets that were purchased in one transaction, we will do our best to bundle all race kits together in one delivery. Due to demand and Australia post delivery timeframes, please allow up to 4-5 weeks for delivery of your Sea of Pink kit.

Sea of Pink T-shirt
As part of your entry to the International Women’s Day Fun Run presented by Queensland X-Ray, you’ll receive a race kit which includes your limited edition Sea of Pink t-shirt! Wear it loud and proud as you prepare for Fun Run, showing your community that you’re making a difference for women with breast cancer.
The size sent to you was what was requested when you signed up, in accordance with the size chart available during registration.
We understand that sometimes shirts don’t fit—we will have a t-shirt exchange tent open on Sunday 9 March. Sizes are limited so while we’ll do out best to help you find your size, it’s best to come down early to avoid disappointment.
Where is my race kit?
Your race kit will be sent to the address you signed up with, or, to the address of the person who purchased your Fun Run ticket for you.
Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for race kits to be delivered from the commenencement of posting (January 2025).
For multiple tickets that were purchased in one transaction, we will do our best to bundle all race kits together in one delivery.
In some circumstances, members of the same household may receive their kits at different times.
Please pay close attention to your welcome letter in the race kit. This includes important information, and identifies the participant name, race bib number for your race time chip, and t-shirt size.
Where are my fundraising rewards?

Thank you for your incredible fundraising efforts, you're making a real difference for women with breast cancer.
Brisbane City and Townsville event participants who reach the Breast Friends Club milestone (raised $750+), your rewards can be picked up at the Queensland X-Ray Breast Friends Club VIP Lounge in the Finishers' Village.
Fundraisers who reach $150, the Mater Chicks in Pink x Louenhide key chain can be picked up at the Merchandise Tent in the Finishers' Village.
Only 5K Your Way participants will have their rewards mailed out. We will get your reward in the post as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4-5 weeks for it to arrive once reward level has been reached.
