The Mater Chicks in Pink team is here to help!

We’re so thrilled you have joined the International Women’s Day Fun Run presented by Queensland X-Ray.

Your registration fee helps us put on an event of this size, but it’s your fundraising efforts that help Mater Chicks in Pink make a difference for women with breast cancer. If you have never fundraised before, we’ve created a whole bunch of assets to help you kickstart your fundraising!

Our number one tip? Ask.

I have some exciting news to share: I've joined the Mater Chicks in Pink International Women's Day Fun Run presented by Queensland X-Ray! And will be running/jogging/walking 5km in March.

As part of this event, I am raising funds to help women with breast cancer and would love your support.

If we join together and raise $180, we could help a woman feel more like herself after chemotherapy by providing her with a wig or scarf to wear.

Today 57 women in Australia* will be diagnosed with breast cancer—that is more than 20,000 every year. Together we can help make a difference for these brave women.

Or print out a lucky numbers board to fundraise amongst your family and friends. Sell each square for a donation (for example, $20 per square), and once you’ve sold off all your squares you can draw a winner who will receive half of the proceeds, with the other half being donated back to Mater Chicks in Pink.

As most of you know I've joined the Mater Chicks in Pink International Women's Day Fun Run presented by Queensland X-Ray! And will be running/jogging/walking 5km in March.

As part of this event, I am raising funds to help women with breast cancer and would love your support by buying a square on my LUCKY NUMBERS board—you could win $500!

Instructions:

Each square below (1—50) is worth $20 and you can buy as many squares as you like to help increase your chances of winning $500.

Once all squares have been sold, I’ll draw the “lucky number” out of a hat and if it matches one of your squares you win $500, with another $500 going towards my fundraising goal.

With more than 20,000 women being diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Australia*, your $20 will make a big difference in their lives as together we can help fund breast cancer research that focuses on improving survival rates.
