Ormiston College The Chop 2026
The Chop is a tradition close to my heart at Ormiston College, and as part of the 2026 Year 12 cohort, I'm proud to carry it on. Having seen how deeply cancer and hair loss can impact people, their families, and those around, I really wanted to step up and make a small contribution to help.
By donating my ponytail, I hope to try make a difference in a few meaningful ways. The funds raised will directly support cancer research to improve survival rates, working toward a future where every woman diagnosed with breast cancer survives. My donated hair will be made into wigs to help those experiencing hair loss look and feel like themselves again, while shorter lengths will be turned into hair booms to clean up ocean oil spills and protect marine life.
Whether you choose to donate to me or to our group, every bit truly counts. Thank you so much for backing me and making a difference!
