Running Together for Someone who Matters
We’re running together to support women affected by breast cancer — a cause that matters deeply to our department.
By taking part in the International Women’s Day Fun Run, we’re raising funds to support women living with breast cancer now and into the future. Every donation helps improve treatments and care for those diagnosed, while easing the emotional and practical challenges they and their families face.
Your support helps fund counselling services and provides practical items such as mastectomy bras and wigs for women recovering from surgery and chemotherapy. It also contributes to world‑leading research focused on improving survival rates and working towards a future where all women diagnosed with breast cancer survive.
Ultimately, this is about making life a little easier today, and helping save more lives tomorrow. As little as $65 can make a real difference and ease some of the stress faced by women with breast cancer and their families. If you’re able to, we would be incredibly grateful for your support.
