Jean
Mum, or Grandma Jean as she became known in her later years, was a loving and caring person who lived life to the fullest.Mum's world was her family.
A world traveller, horse race enthusiast, avid knitter, puzzle queen, bingo and poker player and a true Queenslander!
Known as a social butterfly, she enjoyed many activities and mixed with her close circle of friends.
Sadly after discovering a stage 4 melanoma on her back too late, the journey of more melanomas continued to pop up, leading to bowel tumours.
Mum was able to celebrate her 88th birthday with the family before declining 2 weeks later.
Mum will always be lovingly remembered.
