Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes, donations of $2 and over are tax deductible in Australia.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Apple Pay.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, you will receive an email receipt immediately after donating and if you make a monthly gift you will receive a yearly tax receipt emailed to you or in the post every year.

How do I find my tax receipts if i misplace them?

How do I cancel/pause my regular payment?

We completely understand you might need to reassess or adjust your regular giving payment given the current circumstances and your individual financial situation at this moment.

All options - pause, downgrade or cancellation can be discussed at any time by contacting our Supporter Care team in one of the following ways:

How do I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details such as adding a new credit card and update expiry dates at any time by contacting our friendly Supporter Care team, who will be happy to help you do this.

What day will I be charged?

You can set up your Regular Giving donation to be processed on the 1st or the 15th of each month.

Are the fees included in my donation?

If you have selected to add a little extra to help cover the fees the full payment amount on the receipt is a donation to Mater Foundation and is tax deductable.

How do I update my personal details?

Maybe you have moved house, got a new mobile phone or changed your email address. Let's update all those old details for you.

You can change your phone numbers, provide a new mailing address or update an email address at any time by contacting our friendly Supporter Services team, who will be happy to help you do this.
