Payment Information

How do I cancel/pause my regular payment?

We completely understand you might need to reassess or adjust your regular giving payment given the current circumstances and your individual financial situation at this moment.

 

We would be sorry to see you go, so perhaps you might like to make a small change to get through this difficult time. 

 

To continue your support, instead of cancelling your regular giving payment for the moment we can:

  • Press PAUSE for a short period of time or;
  • Arrange to DOWNGRADE your monthly donation amount.

All options - pause, downgrade or cancellation can be discussed at any time by contacting our Supporter Care team in one of the following ways:

How do I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details such as adding a new credit card and update expiry dates at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting our friendly Supporter Care team, who will be happy to help you do this.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Apple Pay.

What day will I be charged?

You will be debited the same day each month as your first transaction. If you purchased on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month your transaction will be processed on the 28th of each month.

Are the fees included in my donation?

If you have selected to add a little extra to help cover the fees the full payment amount on the receipt is a donation to Mater Foundation and is tax deductable.

How do I update my personal details?

Maybe you have moved house, got a new mobile phone or changed your email address. Let's update all those old details for you.

 

You can change your phone numbers, provide a new mailing address or update an email address at any time by simply logging in to your account or by contacting our friendly Supporter Care team, who will be happy to help you do this.

How do I find my tax receipts?

To get a copy of your tax receipt simply log in to your account to view receipts for any payments to Mater Foundation from 23 June 2020

Or if you are an existing regular giver please contact our friendly suppoter care team to get a copy of your tax receipt.

I am an existing Regular Giver

If you are an existing regular giver and would like a copy of your tax receipt or would like to update your details please contact our friendly suppoter care team via the details below. Only donations made from 23 June 2020 will be available to view online via the Donor Login Portal.
