Registration

How do I pay for my team registration?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for team registration.

Can I request an invoice for payment?

Credit card payment is preferred due to processing timeframes and please note that you will receive a tax receipt in your business name.

Requests for invoicing will open in early 2026.
Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

What is the latest date I can register a team?

Thursday 23 April 2026 is the cut off for registrations, unless it sells out earlier.  We recommend securing your teams place soon to avoid disappointment.

What if I don’t have a handicap?

That’s OK please put N/A in the notes field so we know that you have completed this step for each of your team members.

Our team members  have special dietary requirements – how do I let you know about these?

This is no problem—The Brisbane Golf Club will ensure you are catered for as long as you let us know before Thursday 23 April 2026. 

When purchasing your team, you can add this information on the guest details page, including your team members names and any special notes including dietary requirements. 

If you do not complete this at time of purchasing your registration, you can login at anytime and update your team members details. 

Myself / one of my guests have special access requirements - do I need to let you know?

Should you, or one of your guests have special access requirements, please enter this information when prompted when purchasing your team.

On the day

What is the dress code?

Clean, neat and tidy golfing attire is to be worn. You must wear a collared shirt, tucked in, with a belt and visible socks if wearing shorts. Golf shoes are to be worn, and must be clean and have soft spikes.

What parking is available?

Free parking is available at The Brisbane Golf Club.

Are drinks included?

A sponsored drink cart will be on-course with a selection of complimentary wines, beers and soft drinks. Other drink varities will be available for purchase throughout the day 

What time does the Charity Golf Day start?

Registration starts at 6:30am and tee off sharp at 7:15am

Do I need to bring cash with me?

There will be Eftpos on course but cash is still welcome.

Cancellations and Refunds

Can I cancel my team registration once purchased?

If you and your team members are unable to attend Golf for Miracles Charity Golf Day, please let us know.  We may have guests who would love to take your place. 

Registrations can not be cancelled but players may be substituted in their place. 

I can no longer attend – can someone else take my place?

Definitely.  Please click here before Thursday 23 April, 2026 to advise us of any changes, including new team member details, as well as any handicap or dietary requirements
