Purchasing tickets

Can I choose to sit at a specific table when purchasing an individual ticket?

We will do our best to seat you at a specific table. Please let us know who your table captain (main booking holder) is in the notes section when purchasing your ticket - this will help us group you at the same table.

What is the latest date I can buy tickets?

Ticket sales close Friday 19 June, unless sold out earlier. Please RSVP by Friday 19 June and secure your ticket soon to avoid disappointment.

How do I pay for tickets?

You can purchase your tickets securely by credit or debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

I have special dietary requirements - how do I let you know about these?

This is no problem - the venue will ensure you are catered for as long as you let us know beforehand. 

When purchasing tickets, you can add this information on the guest details page alongside guest names.

You can also use the notes section to include dietary requirements or other special considerations.

If you do not complete this at time of purchasing your tickets, you can log back in at anytime and update your guest details.

Should you, or one of your guests have special access requirements, please enter this information when prompted when purchasing your tickets.

What time does the event start?

The evening will begin at 6:45pm for a 7pm start. 

Do I need to bring a ticket with me?

We will have guest names at the door however you are welcome to bring your booking confirmation email with you. This can be shown on your phone.

Cancellations and Refunds

Can I cancel my ticket once purchased?

For cancellations or transfers to other guests please call us on 3163 5666.

I can no longer attend - can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us here to advise details of the change, including new guest details and any special dietary requirements.
