Entry fees apply to all individual and team entries. If you’re bringing children in prams or strollers you won’t need to register them; they can join you on the course for free.

Run, jog or walk?
As a general guide, a runner is usually someone who can complete 5km in 30 minutes.
Runners and joggers will receive their time by SMS as they cross the finish line!
Prams, strollers, wheel chairs
If you have a pram, stroller or are in a wheelchair, the 5km walk is the most suitable wave for you.
Elite wheelchair athletes please contact the team on 1800 440 155 so that we can ensure you are in the appropriate category.
SMS race times
Everyone who is registered for International Women's Day Fun Run will receive a timing chip on their race bib.
Your race time will be sent to you via SMS. Please make sure your mobile number is correct and included in your registration.
