Brooks Training Plans

Meet Brooks Ambassador,
Jacqui Bell

An ultra-marathon runner, all round athlete, inspirational speaker and mental health ambassador, Jacqui is the youngest person in the world to conquer an Ultra Marathon on all seven continents.

Resilient, determined and fearless, Jacqui’s achievements of running almost 2000 km across some of the harshest deserts in the world, from the hottest in Africa to the coldest in Antarctica, speak for themselves when showing others what we are capable of as humans.

Jacqui shares her top tip for how to prepare for success at this year’s International Women’s Day Fun Run.

'My top tip for this year's event, for anyone having a go, would be to be consistent. Get out there, two or three times a week for a walk or jog, and see how you feel each day. It's about doing a little bit each week so on the day you can put your best foot forward and have a good event, without too much struggle.'

This International Women's Day Fun Run, will see Jacqui, her mother and friends jog in support of Mater Chicks in Pink.

We can’t wait to see you on Sunday 8 March, alongside Jacqui, her mother and friends jogging in support of Mater Chicks in Pink.
