A little bit about our ‘why’
We are a group of gals & guys who are on a mission to raise some much needed funds for breast cancer 🩷
We participated in the run last year & raised over $14,000 but of course, we are back again this year hoping to exceed this amount!
On the 30th July 2019, Becky lost her beautiful friend Emily to breast cancer that had metastasised her brain. In 2017, Amy lost her loving Nanna, Sheila Chadwick to breast cancer having fought the disease for several years. In the past year alone, over 18,000 women in Australia were diagnosed with breast cancer. That is someone’s mother, grandma, nanna, sister or best friend who has had to hear the words, “you have breast cancer”.
We would really appreciate any donation amount, no matter how big or small! It all adds up & helps those that need it 🙏🏼
