I am taking on Noosa Triathlon 2024!

Next November I’m participating in the Noosa Triathlon; a 1.5km swim, 40km bike and 10km run 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ I will be raising money for Mater Smiling for Smiddy, a charity created in memory of Adam Smiddy, a triathlete that passed away from melanoma in 2006, aged just 26. Since 2006, Mater Smiling for Smiddy has provided over $13 million to vital cancer research at Mater, and has contributed to the steady improvement of care and treatment for Mater patients, including those with low survival rates and rare cancers.

I am both excited and nervous for what is going to be a challenge of mental and physical fortitude, and I am so pleased to be doing it for a great cause. 

We all know someone who has been affected by cancer in some way, shape or form, and it would mean so much to receive your support in helping me achieve my goal of $1,000 in donations.

Your contribution, no matter how small, will facilitate Mater Smiling for Smiddy’s continuous research into making cancer treatments more effective, so more lives can be reclaimed from this insidious disease.
