Gav was born with Down Syndrome, a kind, thoughtful, and resilient soul who touched the hearts of everyone he met. In 2020, the isolation brought on by COVID sadly caused him to regress, and doctors recommended he be placed in a dementia care ward.
However, in 2021, everything changed when we found the incredible team at MIDAS, specialists in Down Syndrome Regression. Thanks to their compassionate care and dedicated treatment, Gav regained his joy and was able to spend his final years with renewed happiness and a better quality of life.
His beautiful legacy lives on in the laughter, love, and cherished memories he left behind.
We are forever grateful to the remarkable team at MIDAS Mater Hospital, whose unwavering care made a profound difference in Gav’s life.
