We're the team from Mater Townsville PACU (Post Anesthetic Care Unit) and we've registered 2 teams in the annual "Splash of Pink" Dragon Boat regatta.
None of us have ever been in a Dragon Boat but we're all keen to try something new and show our support to families impacted by Breast Cancer.
We're raising much needed funds to help women with breast cancer, providing personalised support services like counselling, wigs and mastectomy bras. As little as $65 can make a profound impact and take some of the stress off these women and their families.
