We will do our best to seat you at a specific table. Please let us know who your table captain is in the notes section when purchasing your ticket. This will let us seat you at the same table.

Monday 9 March 2026 is the cut off for ticket sales, unless Olivia's Race Day sells out earlier. As the event sells out very quickly, we recommend securing your ticket soon to avoid disappointment.

Tickets can be purchased using a credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

This is no problem - the venue will ensure you are catered for as long as you let us know before Monday 9 March.

When purchasing tickets, you can add this information on the guest details page, including your guest names and any special notes including dietary requirements. 

If you do not complete this at the time of purchasing your tickets, you can log back in at anytime before Monday 9 March and update your guest details.

Yes, there is a 5 hour beverage package included in the ticket price. A full bar including a wide range of additional wines and French champagne will also be available for purchase throughout the day.

The Olivia's Race Day function officially commences at 11:30am, however, Eagle Farm Racecourse opens at 10:30am, so come in early and explore the track, view the horses and experience the Chemist Warehouse Wellness Van with free giveaways and raffle.

Yes, you will need tickets to enter the Racecourse and your booking confirmation to enter the Function area.

You will be emailed a Brisbane Racing Club Moshtix ticket the week prior to the event which you will need to enter Eagle Farm Racecourse.

This can be shown on your phone or a printed copy.

If you are unable to come to Olivia’s Race Day, please let us know. We have a waiting list of guests who would love to take your place.

Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled after Monday 23 February 2026. Cancellations must be notified in writing here.

After this date, part refunds may be applicable in discussion with the event organiser. Please contact us to discuss further.

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us to advise details of the change, including new guest details and any special dietary requirements. Please note that the last date for changes to dietary requests is Monday 9 March 2026 .
