Fundraising Lunch 19/04/2024
Today (19/04/2024) I got together with family, friends, work colleagues and neighbours to raise money for Mater Foundation. We had a fabulous lunch at The Rustic Olive.
The Rustic Olive not only generously donated time, staff and food, they also donated more than half of the cost of the attendance price. Thank you so much to Sam and the team for donating a whopping $975 to Mater Foundation. The staff were amazing with both the food and service.
I am also very grateful to all those who attended with $850 being raised via a raffle. This is mind blowing! You are all so very generous as are those individuals and companies who donated the raffle prizes.
Again, thank you everyone for your ongoing support for this amazing cause
Happy 70th birthday to my father, who would have absolutely enjoyed both the meals and company today had he have been with us

Since the last Stadium Stomp on 16 July 2023, over 8,000 recyclables have been donated to my fundraising. Today I have donated $861.30 to Mater Foundation due to the kindness of my family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues at HQ and the staff at Redcliffe Police Station. Thank you all so much for continuing to support this wonderful cause 😊

A big shout out to our patio builder who helped make our backyard project a dream come true. Trueline were patient (we had weather delays), timely, friendly, and reliable. They provided the exact patio that we wanted, with back wall (special order) and all. Trueline worked alongside our other trades professionally, where required. 100,000 stairs - October 2023
I’m a Mater community champion and I’m raising much need funds for a cause close to my heart.
Over the past few years, I have been climbing my way up thousands of stairs to raise funds for cancer research. I have been doing this to honour my late father, Michael Rosenthal, and those close to me who have been affected by cancer.
On 16 July 2023, I climbed 10,000 stairs and raised $10,516 for Mater Foundation. I was super excited to achieve both the physical and monetary goals for my father's 20-year anniversary.
In 2024, I will be stomping again, not only to honour my late father, but all those close to me who have been impacted by cancer. I will be stomping for my best friend, Nicole Bauer, her mother, Jenny Davidson, my late neighbour, Yvonne Kostuch, and many more beautiful people in my life such as family, friends, neighbours, and work colleagues.
I am passionate about raising
funds for cancer research, so that others may not have to experience what my
family, and others have experienced in their lifetime. I want to help Mater Foundation researchers
improve the way we diagnose, treat and ultimately prevent cancer.
