Planning your travel to South Australia
Flights to and from Adelaide, including transport of your bike, will be at your own expense. We recommend booking your flights early ensuring you register with the airline that you are carrying a bike.
Once you've booked your flights please complete the following Flight Details Form to assist us to plan for your arrival in Adelaide.
Your pre-ride accommodation
As part of your registration we have arranged accommodation for all riders and road crew for the night prior to the ride start in Adelaide. Should you wish to arrive earlier you are welcome to do so, but please arrange your own additional accommodation.
5 Day Ride — Plan to arrive before 3.00pm Monday, 18 March 2024
The Terrace Hotel — 208 South Terrace, Adelaide
We have arranged accommodation at Terrace Hotel which is located just on the Adelaide CBD and a short distance from the airport. There are shops within walking distance including bike shops.
If you'd like to arrange additional accommodation call the hotel directly on 08 8223 2800.
This will also be our accommodation for the finish of the ride.
3 Day Ride — Plan to arrive at Adelaide airport by approx. 12.00pm Wednesday, 20 March 2024
McLaren Vale Hotel — 267 Main Rd, McLaren Vale
We have arranged accommodation at McLaren Vale Hotel for all riders. McLaren Vale is an approx 50 minute drive from Adelaide Airport. We encourage our 3 day riders to book a flight arriving close to lunchtime to allow time to travel back and set up you bike. Please complete your flight details in the above form and we will be in contact regarding transport to the accommodation.
Your tour accommodation

Our arrival back in Adelaide
The ride will finish on Saturday 23 March — final finishing location will be advised shortly, but will be close to our accommodation.
Accommodation at finish
Accommodation will be at Terrace Hotel (same as the start) space available for you to pack your bike bags and relax before our finish line dinner. Your family and friends are most welcome to join us at the roll in and Finish Line dinner celebrations afterwards. We will provide more details in due course.
