Rider Insurance
Ride with peace of mind with one‑day personal accident insurance, available for BNEtoGC participants.
Because BNEtoGC is held on public roads and involves physical risk, Mater Foundation's position is that all participants are required to have personal accident insurance for safety and liability purposes.
If you did not select the one-day Bicycle Queensland insurance option during your registration you can log in and purchase it from your participant dashbaord. For more details please click on the Insurance tab here.

Pre-event Train
Start your ride smoothly with chartered train transport from the Gold Coast to the South Brisbane start line.
A very limited number of chartered trains will run from the Gold Coast to the start line, arriving before the ride begins. Tickets can be booked during registration or via your participant dashboard.
If you’ve secured a train ticket, you’ll receive confirmation by email and SMS in the week leading up to event day.

Post-event Bus
Travel back with ease on a chartered bus service from the Gold Coast to South Brisbane after your ride.
Availability is very limited. Only a small number of tickets are available for the chartered bus service returning to South Brisbane. We strongly recommend booking early, as tickets will sell out and will not be available on event day.
Your ticket includes separate transport for your bike. While every effort is made to coordinate arrivals, buses and bike transport vehicles may arrive back in South Brisbane at different times.
If you’ve secured a Bus ticket, you’ll receive confirmation by email and SMS in the week leading up to event day.
